Your captain, Clay McClain, has spent most of his life on the waters around Dauphin Island and Mobile Bay. With more than 30 years of experience on boats, he brings a calm, steady approach to every charter, focusing on safety, local knowledge, and creating a memorable day for each guest.

Captain Clay served for 31 years with the Mobile Fire Rescue Department, including time as a marine rescue boat captain. During his career, he was often called to respond to emergencies on the water, giving him a strong understanding of navigation and safety — experience he now carries into guiding fishing trips and cruises. After retiring from the department, he turned his longtime love for fishing into a full-time role, offering charters for locals and visitors alike.
